Since November, we have passed all inspections with the county, so the drywallers are taping and starting the texturing this week into next week. We still have to put the metal roofing on the roof but we have the underlayment in and so far we should be ready for any storms on the horizon.
Now begins the fun stuff for us. We have to still line up a tile setter and flooring installer. After those two trades are done, we will do the final interior finishes like trim work, wainscoting and painting. We are almost finished....

We drove by the house today while in service. It looks great from the outside, roof looks great.
